Record details in the Internship Register.
- Screening & Interaction
Conduct a short interaction to assess:
- Communication skill
- Basic subject knowledge
- Interest & learning attitude
If required, small practical task may be given.
Selection is based on:
- Discipline
- Learning interest
- Basic understanding
- Joining & Onboarding
On joining day:
- Confirm duration (From Date – To Date)
- Add intern details to Internship Sheet
- Introduce intern in internal group
- Assign Reporting Manager / Department Lead
Explain:
- Office timing
- Discipline rules
- Reporting structure
- Training & Task Allocation
Internship / Implant Training includes:
- Practical exposure
- Real-time task assignment
- Observation-based learning
Daily tasks will be assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Intern must:
- Complete tasks within timeline
- Submit work properly
- Ask doubts when required
- Attendance & Reporting
- Intern must follow office timing strictly.
- Attendance tracked through daily presence and task updates.
- Absence must be informed in advance.
- Conduct & Professional Behavior
Intern must:
- Maintain discipline
- Follow reporting hierarchy
- Respect team members
- Maintain confidentiality
Indiscipline may result in discontinuation.

Reporting Manager monitors:
- Task completion

At the end of internship duration:
- Confirm internship completion date.
- Review performance.
- Ensure minimum attendance & participation.
- Internship / Implant Training Certificate
Upon successful completion:
An Experience / Internship Certificate will be issued mentioning:
- Name
- Department
- From Date – To Date
- Nature of training
Certificate is issued only if:
- Duration completed
- Discipline maintained
- Participation satisfactory
- Program Objective
