What happens when Artificial Intelligence becomes capable of doing more and more of the work we do today?
The answer is not simply to learn another technology. It is to learn how to think, adapt, communicate, take ownership and work alongside technology.
This was one of the key messages from an inspiring interaction at Kanavu Startup Village, where we had the opportunity to welcome Mr. Ravi, CEO of Cloud Asset, along with Mr. Jagan, an experienced developer.
The session was not just about Artificial Intelligence or technology. It was about the future of work, the importance of human skills, continuous learning and the mindset required to grow in a rapidly changing world.

Mr. Ravi shared experiences from his professional journey, explained how AI is transforming the technology landscape and demonstrated several AI tools. His session encouraged our team to look at AI not as something to fear, but as a technology that we need to understand, guide and use effectively.
One thought from the session stood out strongly:
The technology layer may change, but the process of solving a problem remains.
From operating systems to coding, from the internet to cloud computing and now Artificial Intelligence, technology has continuously evolved. What matters is our ability to keep learning and take ownership of the entire process.
The session also carried a special message for our team — being from a village does not limit our opportunities.
We have the opportunity to live with our families, remain connected to our roots and traditional occupations, while also working in the IT industry and building careers in technology. Mr. Ravi appreciated this unique environment at Kanavu Startup Village and encouraged the team to recognise it as an opportunity rather than something ordinary.
He also emphasised that in the AI era, soft skills can become just as important as technical skills — communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, ownership and the willingness to learn.

The visit became an engaging combination of technology, experience, learning, interaction and celebration, ending with a QA session and birthday celebrations for our team members born in August and September.
