Guest Speaker: Mr. R.R. Sathiyamoorthi, Managing Director, RR Thulasi Builders
On Saturday, we had the honor of hosting Mr. R.R. Sathiyamoorthi, a visionary leader and the Managing Director of RR Thulasi Builders, at Kanavu Startup Village. He visited us along with his close friend, Mr. Karthik, and his family.
Mr. Sathiyamoorthi shared his inspiring life journey, reflecting on the values that shaped his path to success. He emphasized that true success cannot be achieved by focusing only on oneself.
“Only when we strive for the welfare of the community can true success be achieved,” he said.
He also shared a powerful insight:
“The universe is always ready to give us more when we live with gratitude.”
Sathiyamoorthi Sir said that if your dream is big, it will come true—often even better than how you imagined it. But you must work for it consistently and confidently.”
Mr. Karthik gave a motivating and insightful talk based on his own life experiences. He highlighted that while wealth is temporary, trust is the foundation of long-term success.
He also gave a clear explanation about the difference between startups and sustainable businesses, helping young entrepreneurs understand the importance of building businesses that last and create real impact over time.
Adding a warm and thoughtful message, Mr. Karthik’s wife spoke about the importance of joint family systems and how they strengthen relationships and shape children’s character. She also emphasized the value of education in building confidence and independence.
Mr. Sathiyamoorthi expressed his belief in the five elements of nature—sky, air, fire, water, and land—and how living in harmony with them brings balance and wisdom.
